Student Directory
The Student Directory will be compiled from information collected on-line.
THE INFORMATION IN THE PRINTED DIRECTORY WILL APPEAR EXACTLY AS YOU TYPE IT INTO THE SYSTEM. Please DO NOT use all-caps. Apply appropriate capitalization.
Create your Login Account
You must create an Account on this website in order to assure that only you have access to your student information. The email that you use when creating your account will be the contact email used by the PTO for broadcast emails. If you already registered and created an account for the current school year, simply Login. Otherwise, you must Register on this Website and create your Account.
Parent Profile & Student Directory Information:
Student Information
You must add each student name in order for the student to appear in the Student Directory. You may also add student cell phone and email addresses, if you wish to have that information included in the Student Directory. (Addresses will be taken from the Parent Profile form).
The form also asks for you to grant permission for the use of student information in school publications. Please read the release carefully and click the "GRANT" permission button if deemed appropriate.
Parent Information
The Parent Profile information will be the primary source of address and phone information for your student(s). If you do not wish to include certain information in the directory, simply omit the information.
SINGLE HOUSEHOLD FAMILIES
If a student's parents share a common address and common last names, please list both first names in the Parent Profile, First Name Field.
Additional Parent Information:
If you would like to add a parent with a different last name, or you wish to include additional email or phone information, which will be listed in the Student Directory, use the Additional Parent Information form. This information is for directory purposes only. Although the Additional Parent Information form allows you to list an alternate email, which will appear in the directory, the email will not receive emails from the PTO. (ONLY THE EMAIL ASSOCIATED with your login account will be included in broadcast emails from the PTO).
TWO HOUSEHOLD FAMILIES
If the parents reside at different addresses, each parent may create their own Login Account, Parent Profile, and Student Directory Information for their student. This will result in two directory entries for the student, one for each household. Creating a second account will also allow an additional email to be included in PTO broadcast emails.
While completing this information, you will also have an opportunity to select volunteer activities in which you would like to participate.
All updates made after September 30, 2008 will not be included in the printed directory but will be available on-line. |
